Susan grew up in the suburbs of Boston Massachusetts, but relocated to Orlando where she and her husband, Jared Martinez, founded Market Traders Institute in 1994.

Having lived for over twenty years in central Florida, Susan has pursued her passion for investing in real estate and interior design. Susan is in charge of the foreclosure department of RWI and is managing portfolios for multi-million dollar investors.

In early 2007, Susan started the “GOLDEN YEARS FOUNDATION ”, a privately funded foundation, providing much needed support to seniors.
